  • Through a commitment to supporting only local original musicians has run a series of open stage events to provide a performance space which has resulted in the emergence of international acts such as Tijuana Cartel and well known local bands such as Get Funk’d, Kwerkeshoppe, French /li>

CHARITY AND FUNDRAISERS

  • Thousands of dollars have been raised for many charities through a policy to make the premises available to young entrepreneurs and fundraisers from various Leukemia Foundation events to money for birthing kits sent to Africa by Griffith Med Students to concerned young locals raised $6,000 in funds to build an orphanage in Cambodia.
  • Sunday 17th August the premises have been made available to support local hospitality industry Icon Robbie Horley in her battle with Cancer.

EDUCATION AND BUSINESS WORKSHOPS

  • For the first time ever a real business was used by Gold Coast Institute of TAFE as a venue for the Graduation Events for the Hospitality and Special Events students final assessment…[this practice is now common ]
